Weight Loss Scams
guest

I just got an email promising that the new product being advertised will take weight off fast. Is this a scam? [br]

It is entirely possible the email is a scam. There have been many offers sent by email that proved to be scams. Any time you get an offer by email that promotes a product which guarantees you will lose 60 or more pounds quickly is just a scam. All the person wishes to do is get your money. [br][br]The only way for you to truly lose weight is by daily exercise, eat only the required calorie intake for your body size and weight, and stay on this plan. Only then will you truly lose the weight. [br][br]So even if you get an email with tons of testimonials from users, those testimonials don't mean anything so don't fall for them. Just delete the email or filter it so you don't see it again. [br][br]

Sure it is. Get a decent mail client which would not let trough e-mail as that.. Personally I use Gafana, which is really god at this point - I forgot about scam letters forever...

Without the benefit of surgery, the only way for the average person to lose weight is through diet AND exercise. You must "burn up" more calories than you take in. It is never a good idea to take new diet supplements that promise rapid weight loss simply because the ad says you'll lose weight. You did not gain the extra weight overnight, why would you expect to lose it overnight ? The only weight loss you can realistically expect is in from your wallet
